Estimation Specialist

Our team of experts has years of experience in the construction industry and is committed to delivering exceptional quality and value to our clients.

We are looking for an Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates and support tendering and budgeting activities. The role involves quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and coordination with technical and commercial teams to ensure competitive and realistic project pricing.

Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender pricing
· Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
· Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
· Coordinate with technical and commercial teams
· Assist in tender submissions and clarifications

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
· 3–7 years of estimation experience (UAE experience preferred)
· Strong knowledge of construction methods and costing
· Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED19,000.00 per month
