• Record Keeping: Document all cost-related activities, maintain detailed cost databases, and keep records for future analysis.

Essential Skills:

• Analytical Skills: The ability to assess complex project requirements and analyze data to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of exhibition fabrication techniques, materials (like carpentry and metal), and relevant software, such as AutoCAD/SketchUp.
• Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating costs and contracts with vendors and subcontractors to achieve favorable pricing.
• Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, designers, and suppliers.
