Job Title: Estimator – Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing for projects, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material take-offs.
• Request, collect, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Analyze project risks, materials, labor, and time requirements to provide cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the design and project management team to ensure estimates align with project requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for tender submissions.
• Maintain updated cost databases of materials, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Support the commercial and procurement team in negotiations with vendors.
• Provide value engineering options to optimize project costs.
• Assist in post-tender clarifications and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience as an Estimator in interior fit-out/joinery.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Strong knowledge of materials, joinery, furniture, and finishes used in fit-out.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
