Salary : 8 to 10 k,
Preferred immediate Joiner

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Liaise with clients, architects, quantity surveyors, and suppliers to clarify project requirements.
• Prepare take-offs from drawings and create detailed bills of quantities (BOQs).
• Source and negotiate material, labor, and subcontractor prices.
• Develop and maintain costing databases and supplier relationships.
• Prepare tender submissions and present cost breakdowns to management and clients.
• Work with production teams to ensure estimates reflect actual manufacturing capabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate project costs throughout the job to identify variances and potential savings.
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization during the design and pre-construction phases.
