Xircon Homes is a leading Australian residential builder committed to delivering high-quality homes. We are expanding our offshore operations in Lahore to support our Australian estimating and construction teams.

About the Role

We are looking for an Estimator to join our Lahore-based team. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, material take-offs for residential projects across Australia, ensuring alignment with Australian building standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural and structural drawings to prepare detailed quantity and labour take-offs.
  
• Develop complete cost estimates covering materials, labour, plant, and subcontractor pricing.
  
• Source and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotes.
  
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential project risks.
  
• Prepare and maintain tender documents, pricing schedules, and comparison sheets.
  
• Collaborate with the Australian estimating and construction teams to ensure accuracy and buildability.
  
• Assist with post-contract variations and budget tracking when required.
  
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Masters degree in Quantity Surveying , Civil Engineering , or Construction Management.
  
• 2+ years of estimating experience , ideally in residential or commercial construction in Australia.
  
• Proficient in CostX, Cubit, BuildSoft, Bluebeam, or MS Excel .
  
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  
• Familiarity with Australian building codes and standards .
