Quantity Surveyor Civil

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform accurate quantity take-offs for ongoing and upcoming projects.

· Preparation/ verification of Interim Payment Certificates based on work completed at the site.

· Verification of sub-contractor bills and administration of payments through petty cash.

· Prepare/verify comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

· Develop detailed cost estimates for materials, Labor, and other project resources.

· Conduct cost analysis and assist in value engineering.

· Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).

· Coordinate with the project team to ensure cost control and timely reporting.

· Maintain proper project documentation and quantity records.

Requirements:

* Education: DAE (Civil) or equivalent qualification.

* Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or real estate projects.

Technical Skills:

· Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.

· AutoCAD

· Proficiency in financial management within construction projects.

· Microsoft Excel & Office Suite

Soft Skills:

· Strong analytical and numerical skills

· Excellent communication and coordination abilities

· High attention to detail and accuracy
