ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop comprehensive estimates of materiel costs for defense manufacturing programs.
- Support capture teams by developing estimates for manufacturing, management and modernization proposals.
- Develop parametric estimates of material, labor, time and equipment costs for ammunition manufacturing programs and facility management.
- Support the development and maturation of ARM’s cost management tools and processes.
- Through participation in capture and proposal teams, support development of compliant and winning proposals.
- Ensure cost estimating activities adhere to all agreed-upon processes and operating procedures.
- Perform other duties as directed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (as demonstrated through experience, training and/or testing)
- Knowledge of the U.S. DoD processes and procedures for development and procurement.
- Detailed knowledge of Military Standards and Regulations (FAR and DFARS).
- Intermediate skill with MS Office applications
- Knowledge of program management tools such as Earned Value Management and MS Project.
- Ability to present technical / commercial / contractual solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of settings and to easily assimilate complex instructions.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff to establish productive relationships.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a way that makes sense to someone less knowledgeable about the topic.
- Ability to engage enthusiastically with and support overseas colleagues to ensure involved team members have the information they require to perform their roles.
- Ability to exhibit tact and diplomacy, and to work with integrity, honesty, and respect for others.

Bachelor’ degree in Business, Engineering or a related business discipline or equivalent work experience
