About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimator – Aluminum & Façade to join our Riyadh team. The successful candidate will prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive tender submissions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use façade projects across Saudi Arabia. This role requires strong technical expertise, market awareness, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver cost-efficient, high-quality proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to develop complete and competitive proposals.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations for cost efficiency.
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial documentation for tender submissions.
• Support value engineering initiatives to optimize costs while maintaining design quality.
• Analyze tender documents to identify scope, risks, assumptions, and exclusions.
• Stay updated on KSA market trends, material costs, and advancements in façade technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminum and façade estimation, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Strong technical knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, windows, doors, and façade systems.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Experience with medium to large-scale construction projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
