About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator with a strong background in Civil Engineering and proven expertise in Fire Doors, Steel Doors, and Passive Fire Protection Systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, supporting project planning, and ensuring competitive bids that align with technical and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for fire doors, steel doors, and passive fire systems projects.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate pricing and resource allocation.
• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to establish realistic project budgets.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry standards, codes, and compliance requirements related to fire safety systems.
• Support bid submissions with clear, structured, and competitive proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in estimation, preferably within fire safety and steel door systems.
• Strong knowledge of fire-rated doors, steel fabrication, and passive fire protection systems.
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to join immediately.
• With Transferrable Visa/QID.
