Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior BOQ Estimation & Civil Engineer with 8–10 years of experience in renovation and construction projects. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently preparing BOQs, performing accurate cost estimations, managing sites, and handling vendors and labor efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimations
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings using AutoCAD
- Handle complete renovation and construction project estimations
- Independently manage and supervise site operations
- Arrange and coordinate vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Manage and supervise labor workforce
- Monitor project timelines, materials, and quality of work
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 8–10 years of proven experience in BOQ preparation and construction estimation
- Strong experience in renovation and building construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and quantity surveying
- Excellent site management and team leadership skills
- Strong vendor negotiation and labor management experience

- Competitive salary based on experience and skills
