Estimator / Engineer

We are Hiring - Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs based on drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

Analyze tender documents, RFQs, and project scope for interior fit-out works.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to obtain accurate inputs.

Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.

Conduct quantity take-offs for civil, joinery, MEP, and finishing works.

Assist in value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality.

Prepare and submit tender documents, pricing summaries, and clarifications.

Support contract negotiation and post-tender activities.

Maintain cost data, rate analysis, and estimation records.

Monitor market rates and material costs.

Requirements / Skills:

Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.

3-4 year UAE fit-out experience is an advantage

Proven experience in interior fit-out / construction estimation.

Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, and MEP works.

Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
