About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator – Fit-Out to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in preparing accurate cost estimates and competitive tenders for interior fit-out projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, market awareness, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure profitable and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Review design drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and procurement teams to prepare compliant and competitive bids.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations to achieve cost-effective pricing.
• Develop detailed BOQs, cost summaries, and commercial tender submissions.
• Identify value engineering opportunities while ensuring compliance with quality and client requirements.
• Assess and document risks, assumptions, exclusions, and clarifications within tender submissions.
• Stay updated on UAE market rates, material pricing, and fit-out industry trends to support accurate cost forecasting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of proven estimation experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery, gypsum works, MEP coordination, flooring, finishes, and bespoke furniture.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant estimation/BOQ preparation software.
• Exceptional numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English is required (Arabic is an advantage).
• Demonstrated experience preparing bids for commercial, hospitality, retail, or office fit-out projects.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
