Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our interior fit-out contracting team in Al Quoz, Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for fit-out and joinery projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare precise cost estimates.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, ensuring best market pricing through effective negotiations.
• Prepare and submit tender documentation in coordination with the sales and design teams.
• Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams for cost updates and project control.
• Conduct site visits to validate project scope and requirements.
• Track design changes and update budget estimates accordingly.
• Support commercial and sales teams during client presentations, clarifications, and negotiations.
• Provide post-tender analysis and detailed cost breakdowns for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 5–8 years of proven UAE experience in estimating interior fit-out or joinery projects.
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers, subcontractors, and market pricing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (PlanSwift, CCS, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and cost management skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
