Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our Interior Fit-Out Contracting team in Al Quoz, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare detailed and precise cost estimates.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Prepare and submit tender documents in collaboration with the sales, design, and project teams.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive database of material, labor, and subcontracting costs.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and the procurement team for cost control and progress updates.
• Conduct site visits to assess and verify project scope when required.
• Track design and scope changes, updating estimates and budgets accordingly.
• Support the commercial and sales teams during client meetings and technical clarifications.
• Provide post-tender analysis and cost breakdowns for management review and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of UAE experience in estimating within the Interior Fit-Out or Joinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers, material pricing, and subcontracting practices.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software such as PlanSwift, CCS, or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
