
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for interior fit-out projects.
- Perform quantity take-offs using PlanSwift and compare quantities with BOQ.
- Assist in cost planning, budgeting, and feasibility studies.
- Prepare tender documents, analyze quotations, and evaluate subcontractor bids.
- Monitor project costs and track budget variations during execution.
- Measure completed work and prepare interim valuations/payment certificates.
- Review and assess subcontractor and supplier invoices.
- Prepare and submit monthly invoices based on project progress.
- Maintain cash flow forecasts and cost reports.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress, quantities, and compliance with specifications.
- Evaluate variations, delays, and their impact on project cost and schedule.
- Prepare final accounts and project cost reconciliations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying/estimation, preferably in interior fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in PlanSwift and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
