Estimator (fit-out)

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for interior fit-out projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs using PlanSwift and compare quantities with BOQ.
• Assist in cost planning, budgeting, and feasibility studies.
• Prepare tender documents, analyze quotations, and evaluate subcontractor bids.
• Monitor project costs and track budget variations during execution.
• Measure completed work and prepare interim valuations/payment certificates.
• Review and assess subcontractor and supplier invoices.
• Prepare and submit monthly invoices based on project progress.
• Maintain cash flow forecasts and cost reports.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress, quantities, and compliance with specifications.
• Evaluate variations, delays, and their impact on project cost and schedule.
• Prepare final accounts and project cost reconciliations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying/estimation, preferably in interior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in PlanSwift and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
