Estimator - Fitout Cum Facility Mangement - DUBAI

§ Preparation of preliminary estimation, budget estimation, detailed estimation (with rate analysis) Insurance claims and administration for civil contracting, fit-out, interior FF&E works/projects.

§ Visit site / attend pre-bid meetings.

§ Prepare Project Risk Analysis report.

§ Submit enquiries, obtain and analyze prices, prepare material and labor cost estimation and bid price

§ Conduct negotiations, identify of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement.

§ Prepare of List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification.

§ Quantity take-off

§ Prepare technical and commercial bid, follow up until finalization.

§ Prepare of Evaluation of Tender/Contract documents and Bill of Quantities

§ Prepare Quantification of Variations as per revised drawings / specification and follow-up with Main Contracts/Project Managers for Site Work Instruction. (SWI)

§ Schedule & monitor the Progress of the works, delays & disruption of the Project and Preparation of Claims for delays & Time Extension and associated costs.

§ Prepare pricing of Variation claims, evaluation with Main Contractors / Project Managers and Finalization of Variation Orders (VO)

§ Provide and maintain all backup documentation required for substations of claims / invoices.

§ Prepare forecasts, budgets and cost control measures.

§ Prepare Monthly Progressive Billing / Invoicing and follow-up for timely payments

§ Maintain and control of records related to all commercial activities as required by the contract conditions.

§ Forward contractual correspondences to the Main Contractor / Project Manager and Sub-contracts related to the contractual issues.

§ Report to the top management about cash in & out flow and provide advice for any commercial issues and help resolve them

§ Develop of cost loaded programs, Cash flow & Manpower Histogram.

§ Establish the Project Cost Monitoring System, Update the Project cost Progress and measures the cost variance

§ Collect Project Cost Data and Estimate the ETC ( Estimate to complete ) and EAC ( Estimate at completion )

§ Calculate resource and time needed for projects in detail and monitor with actual.

§ As per operational requirement, employee may be deployed in any of the Emirates and may be assigned to different department if and when required.
