Estimator / Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager with a strong background in interior fit-out and joinery projects. The role involves cost estimation, project planning, and ensuring successful project execution within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and review tender documents and drawings.
• Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and materials.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, cost control, and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Evaluate quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements.
• Manage project handover and final documentation.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects.
• Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, and project management.
• Ability to read drawings and technical specifications.
