The eStore Officer will play a crucial role in managing both online sales operations and direct customer engagement to drive revenue growth. This role ensures a seamless digital shopping experience while proactively acquiring and managing clients through traditional sales channels.
Core Responsibilities:

Manage product listings on the online store (add, update, remove products)

Coordinate with marketing to implement promotional campaigns and banners

Ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, and tracking

Provide responsive online customer support via email, chat, or social media

Optimize the user experience (UX) across the eStore for better conversion

Analyze sales performance and report on key KPIs (traffic, conversions, revenue)

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and close sales

Follow up on marketing campaigns, emails, and inquiries

Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and track lead progress

Requirements
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

3-5 years of experience in online store management and/or direct sales

Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
