Role Overview
We are seeking a highly charismatic and results-driven Sales Representative with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will manage the entire sales cycle — from identifying prospects to closing deals and providing ongoing client support — ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth
Key Responsibilities
-Identify and secure new clients while expanding the company’s market presence
-Present products and services professionally, highlighting their value and benefits
-Negotiate effectively with decision-makers and close deals under mutually beneficial terms
-Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business
-Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies supporting sales objectives
Required Qualifications
-Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience (preferably B2B or within a relevant industry)
-A charismatic personality with excellent presentation and communication skills
-Strong negotiation abilities and expertise in handling objections effectively
-A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
-Demonstrated ability to manage and nurture long-term client relationships
-Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
-Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
-Proficiency in English is preferred; additional languages are an advantage
-Must have a car
