We are looking for a 'Ethics Investigation Manager' to join our team.


This newly created role will collaborate with Internal Control & Audit, HR, Legal, Finance, and other business functions to investigate and resolve concerns. Beyond conducting investigations, the role requires analyzing and communicating findings to management and working cross-functionally to develop and implement risk mitigation plans.


What do we expect from ' Ethics Investigation Manager '?


  • Continuously improve the company’s supervision and anti-fraud systems.
  • Conduct independent investigations into violations of company policies, laws, and regulations. Develop investigation plans, collect evidence, lead interviews, write reports, recommend improvements, and monitor corrective actions.
  • Investigate allegations of employee misconduct, including commercial bribery and embezzlement, and take action to minimize company losses.
  • Conduct background checks and fraud investigations on suppliers to protect company interests.
  • Deliver training on anti-fraud policies and promote awareness.
  • Supervise the implementation and training of anti-fraud policies, analyze fraud trends, and proactively alert management to potential risks.
  • Prioritize multiple investigations and tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Act with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Regularly report to superiors and complete other assigned duties.


What does a 'Ethics Investigation Manager' have?


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law or a related field.
  • Expertise in relevant areas such as criminal psychology, investigative interviewing, document examination, handwriting analysis, or financial accounting.
  • Proficient in English, with 3-5 years’ investigation experience in multinational companies or similarly sized organizations. Knowledge of investigative processes, relevant laws, and strong compliance awareness.
  • Professional background in anti-fraud investigations, with hands-on experience handling cases independently.
  • High integrity, self-discipline, reliability, strong teamwork, communication, coordination skills, and professional sensitivity.
  • Multilingual communication skills (Turkish, Chinese).
