Overview

We’re looking for a reliable and creative Shop Manager & Graphic Designer to manage daily Etsy operations, handle customer communication, create designs, and prepare orders for dispatch. This role is hands-on and essential to keeping orders accurate, organised, and moving efficiently from purchase to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Order & Shop Management

• Manage daily Etsy orders from purchase through to dispatch
• Review order details (sizes, colours, custom requests) and ensure accuracy
• Organise and prioritise orders to meet deadlines
• Update order statuses and track progress

Customer Service

• Respond to Etsy messages and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Communicate with customers for approvals, changes, or clarifications
• Resolve issues or escalate when needed

Graphic Design

• Create and edit designs, mockups, and print-ready files
• Prepare artwork for printing/embroidery (correct sizing, placement, formats)
• Make revisions based on customer feedback
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines

Shipping & Fulfilment

• Generate and print shipping labels via Royal Mail and Evri
• Select appropriate shipping services based on order requirements
• Ensure correct addresses, postage, and packaging details
• Mark orders as dispatched and upload tracking information
• Coordinate with production/packing to ensure smooth dispatch

Production Support

• Double-check designs before production
• Liaise with production team to avoid errors
• Help prioritise urgent or high-value orders

Organisation & Systems

• Maintain accurate order records (e.g. spreadsheets, monday.com)
• Keep design files and customer information well organised
• Help improve workflow efficiency and reduce mistakes

Requirements

• Experience with Etsy or ecommerce platforms preferred
• Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple orders at once
• Comfortable handling shipping platforms (Royal Mail, Evri, or similar)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
