JD Overview

The Service Technician is responsible for the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of service operations. This includes managing inventory, inspecting and analyzing vehicles and equipment, troubleshooting issues both in the field and at the hub.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance, periodic maintenance, breakdown maintenance on field & Hub.
• Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers problems and provide accurate repair recommendations over the phone
• Inspect vehicles according to the scheduled plan requirements for the safety of the vehicle.
• Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives for the quality checks
• Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records
• Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
• Servicing the vehicles on customers location on time to time basis.
• Managing the inventory in Hub and reduce the spares consumption by reworking and refurbishing the spares.

Required Skills and Tools

• ITI/ Diploma/ Min 1 Year of Experience in Automobile Service Industry. Hands
• & experience on the EV vehicles are an additional advantage
• Ability to operate all auto repair tools
• Willingness to participate in in-house training
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
