Event Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate gym and night club events, parties, and promotions
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute event concepts
Manage guest lists, invitations, and VIP experiences
Build relationships with clients, vendors, and influencers

Ensure smooth event setup, execution, and post-event evaluation

Handle social media coordination and event-related content when required
Maintain a professional and polished appearance as a brand ambassador

Requirements:

Female candidates only
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or promotions
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Presentable, energetic, and confident personality
Must be currently in Dubai and available to join immediately
Experience in hospitality, fitness, or nightlife industry is a plus
