We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator with a strong background in hospitality to manage and execute corporate and social events. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, organizational excellence, and a customer-first mindset to deliver seamless experiences from planning to execution.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events including conferences, corporate functions, club events, and special occasions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand the requirements, budgets, and objectives.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage event logistics such as venue setup, catering, décor, audio-visual arrangements, and transportation.
  • Maintain high service standards in line with the hospitality values
  • Prepare post-event reports, feedback, and cost analysis.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, PR, Marketing, Advertising, or Business Management.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in event planning within clubs or 4–5-star hotels.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale or high-profile events.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering memorable experiences.
