Event & Exhibition Production carpenter Foreman

Job Summary:

The Event Production Carpenter Foreman will be responsible for managing on-site activities related to the build, installation, and dismantling of exhibition stands and event structures. This includes coordinating with production teams, suppliers, and fabricators to ensure that all builds are completed on time, meet design specifications, and comply with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily fabrication and installation activities for events and exhibition builds.

· Lead carpenters, painters, metal workers, electricians, and helpers during production & on-site setups.

· Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and material specifications.

· Coordinate with project managers for timelines, material requirements, and progress updates.

· Ensure all builds meet quality standards, measurements, and finish requirements.

· Manage site readiness, dismantling, logistics coordination, and team allocation.

· Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and workshop safety.

· Solve on-site technical issues and provide quick, practical solutions.

· Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Foreman or Senior Fabricator in events, exhibitions, joinery, or staging in Events and Exhibition Field only.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry, joinery, acrylic work, metal fabrication, and painting.
  • Ability to read and execute technical drawings accurately.
