Your mission

As Event Lead, you'll be the driving force behind every experience that defines Daos Hub. Your mission is to turn the space into a vibrant platform where founders, builders, and creators connect, learn, and grow - through events that inspire, educate, and engage.

You'll lead the full event cycle: from concept and commercial offer to flawless execution and post-event analysis - ensuring that every event not only runs smoothly but leaves a lasting impression.

Your First 90 Days: Impact Roadmap

1. 0-30 Days

   You'll dive deep into our existing processes and master our 6-stage event flow - from client brief to post-event communication. You'll take ownership of small-to-mid scale events while learning our ecosystem, vendors, and internal workflows.

2. 31-60 Days

   You'll scale your portfolio to 15+ events/month and start optimizing workflows. We'll rely on you to bring structure, service excellence, and proactive process improvements.

3. 61-90 Days

   You'll fully lead the event function - coordinating a small team and vendors to deliver up to 20 high-quality events per month. You'll introduce data-driven reporting (attendance, NPS, ROI) and propose creative formats that strengthen Daos Hub's position as the top Web3 community hub in Dubai.

How You'll Contribute

• Lead full-cycle event management - from idea, budgeting, and brief to execution and reporting.
• Build processes and documentation that enable scalability and quality control.
• Manage and mentor the event team
• Develop event concepts and lineups - identifying speakers, sponsors, and partners that elevate content value.
• Create commercial offers, upsell opportunities, and manage client communication with professionalism and empathy.
• Negotiate and close contracts with suppliers, speakers, and partners to optimize cost and quality.
• Analyze results and post-event feedback - proposing measurable improvements and innovative solutions.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in event management.
• Proven record of managing high event volume with system thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience in client communication - from brief to upsell and feedback collection.
• Background in concept creation, sponsorship acquisition, and lineup design - creative yet structured.
• Team leadership experience.
• Strong project and budget management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of event management tools, budgeting software.
