- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in events or social media management is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with a proactive approach to work.

Willingness to work weekends or extended hours during events.
- Support the planning and execution of mall events, seasonal activities, and tenant-driven promotions.
- Coordinate event logistics, vendor communication, and on-site operations.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, posting, community engagement, and basic performance reporting.
- Capture photos and videos of mall activities for digital and social media content.
- Assist in developing marketing materials, campaign assets, and simple design tasks.
- Maintain regular communication with mall tenants regarding promotions, events, and marketing updates.
