Job Summary

Suptasha Corporate Events Services is seeking a motivated and organized Event Operations Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and live events in Doha. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, hands-on coordination, and working behind the scenes to deliver successful events.

You will assist the operations and events team in ensuring smooth setup, execution, and breakdown of events while maintaining high service and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support event setup, execution, and breakdown activities
• Coordinate logistics for venues, equipment, and materials
• Assist in managing event schedules and timelines
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Help ensure smooth on-site event operations
• Support registration, guest flow, and attendee coordination
• Assist with transport, delivery, and inventory of event materials
• Follow event checklists and operational plans
• Ensure events are delivered according to quality standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in events, hospitality, or operations support preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced and changing environments
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
• Basic problem-solving and coordination abilities
• Physically able to assist with event setup when needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training is a plus
