Event Project Manager

We're seeking a skilled Event Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of a high-profile, 3-day strategy launch exhibition. You’ll oversee the full project lifecycle — from concept to delivery — working closely with internal teams, an external event agency, and the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans and timelines
• Oversee agency deliverables and event execution
• Coordinate with internal teams and venue management
• Ensure quality, accessibility, and branding alignment
• Supervise on-site setup and operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale event management
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience in venue coordination and media campaign management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of branding, protocol, and accessibility standards
