Project Manager – Exhibitions, Events & Conferences

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of exhibition stands, event builds, temporary structures, and participant-based conferences for corporate, government, and commercial events across the UAE and GCC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event production, fit-out, joinery, or manufacturing, combined with proven experience in conference delivery, permitting, registration, and on-site operations, ensuring seamless execution from concept through dismantling.

Profile Requirements

• 5+ years’ UAE/GCC experience in events, exhibitions, conferences, or production/fit-out.
• Proven expertise in event permits, registration, participant handling, and on-site delivery.
• Strong technical understanding of materials, fabrication, and installations.
• Confident leader able to manage teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and PM tools; English fluent would be a plus.
