Event Promotion Specialist

About the Role

Zoomlion is seeking a creative and dynamic Event Promotion Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and promote events using engaging digital content, videography, and marketing strategies. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, video editing, and videography to maximize visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute promotional strategies to drive event attendance and engagement.
• Capture high-quality event footage (photo & video) for promotional purposes.
• Edit videos and create engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Collaborate with creative and events teams to design promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better ROI.
• Manage event-related social media pages ensuring consistent branding.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools for event promotion.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event promotion, digital marketing, and videography .
• Strong knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with social media marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Creative mindset with the ability to tell stories through video and visuals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in event management or promotional campaigns.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator) is a plus.
