Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Consultant to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing event sales. This role is profit-based, offering attractive earnings linked directly to the revenue generated. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, a passion for events, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and secure new clients for corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, and other functions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their event needs.
  • Create and present customized event proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful execution of booked events.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure profitability in line with company goals.
  • Track sales performance, market trends, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on profitability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event sales, business development, or client servicing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
  • Good network within corporate, social, or wedding event industries is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented personality.

Compensation:

  • Profit-sharing / commission-based earnings model.
  • The more revenue you generate, the higher your earnings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
