- Distribute promotional materials, such as flyers, brochures, and branded merchandise.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our brand's services, facilities, and membership options.
- Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer questions and provide information about the club's offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and showcase the benefits of our fitness programs.
- Identify and approach potential customers to gather contact information.
- Maintain detailed records of customer details, interactions and inquiries.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into trial memberships or consultations with our fitness experts.
- Assist in planning and organizing promotional events.
- Set up and manage booths or stands at events.
- Ensure a high level of presentation and branding consistency at all times.
- Provide feedback and insights from events to the marketing team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
- Participate in social media campaigns and other online marketing initiatives as needed.
