Core Duties

  • Welcome and coordinate with RTA exhibition delegates and stakeholders
  • Plan, supervise, and manage exhibitions, including financial operations and promotional activities
  • Develop event topics, choose speakers, and finalize agendas
  • Ensure event facilities meet requirements and compliance with applicable regulations
  • Organize marketing campaigns, brochures, and publications to promote events
  • Monitor event activities to ensure participant satisfaction and resolve arising issues
  • Coordinate with internal departments to update exhibitions with awards, projects, and milestones
  • Build and manage relationships with sponsors and committees to review budgets and event progress
  • Develop internal policies, processes, and special plans for RTA exhibitions, updating annually
  • Prepare reports and evaluations to continuously improve event outcomes
