Event CoordinatorJob Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and energetic Event Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and promotional activities
  • Communicate with clients to understand event requirements and expectations
  • Prepare event proposals, budgets, and timelines
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
  • Coordinate logistics including venue setup, catering, equipment, and staffing
  • Oversee event operations on-site to ensure smooth execution
  • Handle event marketing and promotion (social media, email, etc.)
  • Monitor expenses and ensure events stay within budget
  • Prepare post-event reports and evaluations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in event coordination or related role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office and event management tools
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required
