marketing executive

1. Event Identification & Participation

  • Research and identify educational events, HR conferences, and corporate training programs relevant to the company’s offerings.
  • Coordinate participation in education exhibitions, career fairs, and corporate expos.
  • Negotiate sponsorships, stalls, and speaking opportunities to maximize visibility.

2. Corporate & HR Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Corporate HR departments.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with HR managers regarding training needs, employee development programs, and partnership opportunities.
  • Present tailored solutions for corporate clients (e.g., employee upskilling, leadership training).

3. Target Segment Development

  • Identify and analyze new target segments such as:
  • Working professionals seeking skill upgrades
  • Corporate clients needing workforce training
  • Training centers and educational institutions
  • Develop marketing strategies specific to each segment.

4. Coordination & Networking

  • Act as the liaison between the company and external stakeholders (HR teams, training centers, event organizers).
  • Coordinate logistics for participation in exhibitions and seminars.
  • Network with industry leaders to explore collaboration opportunities.

5. Marketing & Communication

  • Draft professional communication for HR outreach, event invitations, and partnership proposals.
  • Create promotional material (brochures, presentations, social media campaigns) targeting corporate and educational audiences.
  • Ensure messaging highlights value creation for employees and organizations.

6. Follow-up & Relationship Management

  • Maintain a structured follow-up schedule with HR departments and training centers.
  • Track leads, inquiries, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Provide after-event reports and feedback to management.

7. Strategic Contribution

  • Suggest new initiatives to expand corporate partnerships.
  • Monitor competitor activities in the education/training sector.
