The Role
Key Responsibilities Event & Sponsorship Management • Develop an annual event and sponsorship plan and budget, ensuring zero overspend. • Execute high-quality events and activations across multiple brands and business units. • Act as a brand custodian to ensure all events align with brand guidelines. • Conduct venue/site visits to assess feasibility and prepare briefs for upcoming events. • Manage post-event activities, including press releases, reporting, and ROI analysis. • Track lead capture at events and share with relevant teams to support business growth. • Prepare event briefs, budget sheets, and post-event reports, including qualitative and quantitative insights. • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and promoters for event delivery. Collaboration & Alignment • Work closely with Marketing Managers, Executives, and other cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency. • Liaise with regional offices or partners regarding sponsorships and event execution. Self-Management • Define personal performance goals and track achievement throughout the year. • Identify training and development needs and attend relevant programs. • Keep up to date with professional developments, event trends, and new techniques.

Requirements
Experience • 4+ years in event management, preferably with global or regional brands. • Automotive experience is a plus but not mandatory. • Proven ability to deliver on-brand event output and production. • Familiarity with local and regional markets. Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of event production techniques and digital activations. • Results-driven, creative, and analytical. • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Project management and collaboration skills. • Effective communication and stakeholder management. • Proficiency in MS Office. Education • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Language • English – Fluent (required) • Arabic – Preferred Ideal Candidate Traits • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently. • Attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability. • Able to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.
