The Role
As Events Manager, you'll own Kurv's event program end to end. From trade shows and hosted client dinners to conferences and webinars — you plan it, manage it, and deliver it on time and on budget. This is a high-visibility role on a collaborative marketing team where your work directly supports sales and business growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage trade show and conference participation, including booth logistics, sponsorships, and marketing coordination

• Plan and execute hosted events such as ISO/Agent partner conferences, customer dinners, and roundtables

• Produce virtual events and webinars from initial setup through post-event follow-up

• Partner with HR to support internal events, including offsites and company-wide meetings

• Own and maintain the annual events calendar, keeping it aligned with sales and marketing priorities

• Track budgets, manage vendor relationships, and report on event performance

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of B2B event management experience

• Proven track record managing multiple events simultaneously

• Experience owning event budgets, six figures preferred

• Strong project management skills — you build timelines and hit them

• Comfortable with webinar platforms such as GoToWebinar or similar tools

• Clear, professional written and verbal communicator

Bonus Points

• Background in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS

• Experience with event registration and mobile app platforms such as Eventmobi

• Exposure to Zoho or Salesforce
