Position Overview
The Events Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all corporate, marketing, and promotional events for the company’s real estate projects in Oman. This role ensures that each event aligns with the company’s brand, enhances customer engagement, and directly supports sales and lead-generation goals.
1. Event Planning & Strategy
- Develop annual event calendars aligned with the company’s project launches and marketing roadmap.
- Conceptualize event themes, formats, and experiences for project launches, open houses, exhibitions, and corporate functions.
- Conduct market research to identify relevant industry events, real estate expos, and partnership opportunities.
2. Event Execution
- Oversee end-to-end event coordination, including venue selection, logistics, suppliers, entertainment, and hospitality.
- Manage event branding, signage, and customer touchpoints to ensure consistent presentation.
- Supervise setup, operational flow, and breakdown activities to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Implement lead capture systems during events and coordinate follow-up processes with sales teams.
3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Identify and negotiate with vendors, contractors, exhibition organizers, designers, and service providers.
- Manage budgets for all events, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and project teams to align event objectives.
4. Compliance & Government Coordination (Oman)
- Ensure all events comply with local laws, municipality requirements, and any necessary permits in Oman.
- Liaise with governmental bodies, event venues, and security authorities when required.
5. Marketing Integration
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, invitations, digital campaigns, and media coverage for events.
- Ensure event content aligns with brand guidelines and supports campaign messaging.
- Coordinate PR activities for major events, including press coverage and influencer engagement.
6. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track event performance, including attendance, lead generation, customer feedback, and ROI.
- Prepare event reports and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain a database of event partnerships, suppliers, and performance records.
