You will handle event and group inquiries, prepare detailed proposals and contracts, and coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Banquets, Rooms, and Culinary to ensure smooth pre-event and post-sales planning. Responsibilities include managing group details such as rooming lists, arrival/departure summaries, billing instructions, and on-site logistics, as well as organizing meetings, weddings, and social events.
In addition to your planning responsibilities, you will have your own key performance indicators - such as guest satisfaction (NPS) goals, conversion ratios, and other performance metrics and will play an active role in supporting the team s overall quota achievements. You ll maintain strong client relationships, conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction, and contribute to the continuous improvement of event and group operations.
