Execution and Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of site operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers on fit-out projects.
  • Ensure day-to-day site operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure clear communication and smooth execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, quality, and costs; report progress and issues to management regularly.
  • Interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Identify and resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
  • Support in procurement and inventory management of materials and tools required for site.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
  • Mentor junior staff and promote teamwork and professional development within the crew.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
  • Proven experience in a team leader.
  • Strong understanding of fit-out processes including carpentry, drywall, MEP coordination, finishes, and joinery.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with workplace safety and compliance standards.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
