Join our executive team as the Execution & Governance Lead, where you'll serve as the strategic backbone ensuring our organization's most critical initiatives move from decision to delivery. This high-impact role sits at the heart of our leadership operations, driving accountability and momentum across all executive-level strategic priorities.
What You'll Do
Strategic Execution Management
- Partner with C-Suite executives and General Managers to capture, track, and drive completion of strategic decisions and initiatives
- Design and maintain our executive performance dashboard, providing real-time visibility into organizational progress
- Lead the preparation and distribution of executive meeting materials, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed
Governance & Risk Management
- Own our enterprise-level risk, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) framework
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks and facilitate solutions across business units
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of executive decisions with precision and clarity
Executive Support & Operations
- Attend and formally document all C-Suite and senior leadership meetings
- Follow up with senior leaders on deliverable status, providing support and escalating issues when needed
- Serve as the organizational "conscience" for strategic follow-through and accountability
Requirements:
Essential Experience
- 3+ years in an execution-focused role such as PMO Lead, Strategy & Operations, Executive Assistant, or similar position supporting senior leadership
- Experience managing projects or initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Comfort working with senior leadership teams (C-Suite experience preferred but not required)
Core Competencies
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Solid project management capabilities with experience coordinating multiple priorities
- Good analytical abilities with experience in tracking and reporting (dashboard experience a plus)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively across teams
