Qualification & Experience:

• Required Education Qualification: B.Tech. in Chemical, Oil, or Biochemical Engineering from a top engineering college
• Required prior Work Experience: Minimum 5 years in Cosmetics Contract Manufacturing

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies­:

• Strong understanding of cosmetic formulations, manufacturing processes, and raw material sourcing.

• Experience in working with third-party manufacturers and handling external production operations.

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality control in the personal care industry.

•Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

•Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, procurement, and supply chain teams.

•Prior experience in handling Premium cosmetics contract manufacturing operations.

•Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

•Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management tools

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard contract manufacturing partners to ensure alignment with company quality, compliance, and cost objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end contract manufacturing processes, including formulation transfer, production planning, and supply chain coordination.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards (GMP, FDA, ISO, etc.) at partner manufacturing facilities.
• Optimize manufacturing efficiency by working closely with suppliers, procurement, and R&D teams.
• Troubleshoot production and quality-related issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery and manage inventory levels effectively.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining product performance and compliance.
