Executive Accountant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Accountant, located in Mansehra Office. The Executive Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, managing payroll, handling tax filings, reconciling accounts, and monitoring financial transactions. Additionally, the role involves preparing reports for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and assisting in budget planning and forecasting.


Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping, including preparing financial statements and reconciling accounts
  • Experience with tax filing, financial reporting, and compliance regulations
  • Advanced knowledge of payroll processes and associated tools
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
