Roles and Responsibilities:

• Candidates should have handled GST Returns, TDS Returns, Bank Reconciliation & Purchase bills Entries Individually. (Mandatory).
• Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
• Generate reports detailing accounts payables status
• Understand expense accounts and cost centers
• Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes.
• Timely Maintaining of excel sheet of voucher payment as per requirement from MD
• Every Saturday – weekly reports/ status of cheque disbursement details
• All jobs assigned by MD/ BOD

Qualification & preferred Skills:

• B.Com with 2+ years of experience in Accounting & Tally software
• Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Data entry skills
• Experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, and emails, including Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace & EPR modules are preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
