Executive Administrative Assistant

The Role

This is not a passive administrative position.

You are responsible for keeping priorities organized, communication tight, and execution consistent across the business. You will support ownership directly while also ensuring day-to-day operations run without friction.

If you need constant direction or struggle to prioritize, this role will break down quickly.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, scheduling, and communications for ownership
  • Coordinate daily priorities and ensure follow-through across tasks
  • Support office operations and maintain workflow between departments
  • Prepare documents, reports, and internal communications
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Coordinate meetings, logistics, and occasional travel
  • Maintain highly organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Step into gaps and take ownership of tasks as business needs evolve

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Compensation
