Executive Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Leadership Team with day-to-day operations. This is a part-time, in-person role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, Real Estate professional environment and enjoys being a key support player behind the scenes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and CRM management systems
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively support leadership
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team
  • Previous administrative or assistant experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to work in-person
  • Real Estate background

Pay: $27.16 - $32.71 per hour
