Seeking Experienced Executive Assistants for Our Global Technology Client


We are actively seeking experienced Executive Assistants to support senior leaders within our global technology client’s Seattle-based teams. These roles require the ability to work on‑site , thrive in a dynamic environment, and manage ambiguity with confidence and professionalism.

Most positions are contract with the potential for full‑time hire , and pay is based on experience ($29–$43/hr) .


About the Role

You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to executives within a high‑impact, fast-paced technology organization. This position requires exceptional organizational capabilities, strong judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, high‑volume calendars across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and large-scale events.
  • Process expense reports accurately and promptly.
  • Handle highly confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Plan and execute team events, offsites, and logistical programs.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate effectively with exceptional written and verbal skills.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in a large corporation is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office / M365 / Office 365 , especially Outlook.
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Experience with expense reporting and travel arrangements needed.
  • Degree highly preferred.
