A growing organization is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Executive Administrator to support senior leadership and help ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations. Key Responsibilities

Provide high‑level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements

Serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication

Prepare and distribute correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials

Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Support day‑to‑day office operations to maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming work environment

Manage office supply inventory and coordinate orders as needed

Partner with building management on maintenance requests, repairs, and facility needs

Assist with office layout planning and workspace organization as the organization grows

Plan and coordinate company meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics, vendors, and catering

Support employee engagement initiatives and team‑building activities

Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them appropriately

Assist with expense reporting and invoice processing

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Provide administrative support for special projects and executive‑led initiatives

Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for executive presentations and meetings as needed
Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role

Experience supporting senior leaders in a professional, fast‑paced environment

Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor

High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related business tools
