GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking Executive Assistant for our global client operating in the ınsurance sector, for whom we provide consultancy services.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,
  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant,
  • Proficient in English,
  • Skilled in using MS Office programs,
  • Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills,
  • Excellent representation and interpersonal skills,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset.


Job Description

  • Organizing the daily agenda and schedule of senior executives,
  • Planning meetings, travel, and events,
  • Managing correspondence, emails, and phone communications,
  • Handling filing and documentation processes,
  • Greeting and hosting visitors,
  • Coordinating internal and external office communications.
